Terry'S Favorite Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 lb. ground beef or turkey, 1 can stewed tomatoes, chopped in blender, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup and 1 small can tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Brown meat with onions; drain.
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Drain macaroni and return to pot.
Add meat.
Stir in tomatoes, soup, tomato paste and sour cream.
Transfer to a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes until hot through and bubbly.
