Teriyaki Chicken
Teriyaki Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken pieces (wings, breasts, legs, whatever), 1/3 c. lemon juice, 1/4 c. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. brown sugar and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine marinade ingredients.
Put chicken in shallow baking dish and pour marinade over.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Turn chicken pieces occasionally. Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Line broiler pan with foil and arrange chicken on rack (slotted top of broiler pan) or can use foil lined baking pan and rack.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour. Baste occasionally with leftover marinade while it's baking.
