Teriyaki Chicken
Teriyaki Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3-4 lb. chicken wings, 1 c. soy sauce, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. vegetable oil and 2 1/2 tsp. ground ginger or 1 tbsp. freshly ground ginger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a disposable plastic bag, combine soy sauce, sugar, vegetable oil, ginger, garlic powder, black pepper.
Mix until sugar is dissolved.
Wash and cut chicken wings and add to the soy sauce marinade.
Marinate for at least 1 hour or longer.
Place chicken wings on cookie sheet.
Discard marinade.
Bake at 400Β° for 35-40 minutes.
