Teriyaki Chicken
Teriyaki Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken pieces (wings, breasts, legs, whatever), 1/3 c. lemon juice, 1/4 c. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. brown sugar and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine marinade ingredients.
Put chicken in shallow baking dish and pour marinade over.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Turn chicken pieces occasionally. Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Line broiler pan with foil and arrange chicken on rack (slotted top of broiler pan) or can use foil lined baking pan and rack.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour. Baste occasionally with leftover marinade while it's baking.
