Ten Ingredients Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. oil, 4 eggs, lightly beaten, 1/4 c. chopped onions, 6 oz. shrimp and 6 oz. pork, cut into strips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook the rice the night before and store in the refrigerator. Heat wok until hot.
Add 1 tablespoon oil and beaten eggs.
Remove; set aside.
Heat the rest of the oil and fry onions until transparent.
Add shrimp and meats.
Stir until meat is cooked. Add vegetables.
Add the rice and stir-fry.
Mix the water, soy sauce and pepper.
Add to rice.
Continue stirring.
Add the scrambled eggs and continue to stir-fry.
Add more soy sauce for color if needed.
