Ted's Swiss Cheese Soup
Ted'S Swiss Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 5 oz. flour, 10 oz. chicken stock, 21 oz. milk and 8 oz. kraft cheez whiz, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt butter and add flour.
Add milk and chicken stock to make a roux, stirring constantly.
Bring to boil; let simmer 15 minutes.
Stir in Cheez Whiz and Swiss, stirring constantly. Simmer 15 minutes; add salt and pepper to taste.
Just before serving, add wine and simmer one minute more.
After dishing out, add a dash of Kirschwasser on top of each serving (optional).
