Tea Totalers Dandelions is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. fresh dandelion blossoms, 2 qt. boiling water, 3 c. sugar, 2 c. cold water and 2 thinly sliced lemons, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Fill 1 quart measure firmly with fresh dandelion blossoms. Rinse blossoms and cut stem close to flower heads.
Cover blossoms with 2 quarts boiling water and set mixture aside to cool. Combine sugar and 2 cups cold water and bring to a boil to make 3 cups syrup.
Add syrup, lemons and oranges to blossom mixture. Let stand for 3 days.
Strain and serve over cracked ice.
Makes more than 2 quarts non-intoxicating beverage.
