Tea Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. milk, 1/4 c. oleo and 4 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix eggs and sugar.
Add milk; blend in oleo.
Add flour, vanilla and nutmeg.
Make a stiff dough.
Roll out on floured board; cut with cookie cutter.
Grease cookie sheet with oleo. Bake at 325Β° about 10 minutes.
