Tea Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. soda and 2 blocks butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream the sugar and butter. Add eggs, one at a time.
Add dry ingredients.
Add the flour.
Add milk and enough flour to make stiff dough.
Roll out and pat thin. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375Β°.
