Tater Tot Casserole
Tater Tot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 can water and 1 can mixed vegetables with juice (i use veg-all), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown the ground beef; drain off grease and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan or Pyrex dish (or 3-quart casserole).
Mix together the soups and 1 can of water, then stir in the mixed vegetables, including juice.
Pour this mixture over the ground beef.
Top with a layer of Tater Tots.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
