Tater Tot Casserole
Tater Tot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion (optional), 1/2 c. chopped green pepper (optional), 1 tbsp. catsup and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In skillet, combine beef, onion and green pepper.
Cook over medium heat, breaking up meat with a fork until meat is brown and onion is tender.
Add catsup, undiluted soup and water.
Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole (oblong works best).
Top with Tater Tots.
Bake, uncovered, at 375Β° for 35 minutes.
Also good made with ground turkey.
