Tater Tot Casserole
Tater Tot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. ground chuck, minced onion, salt and pepper to taste, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown ground chuck, adding salt, pepper and minced onion; drain.
Mix soup and water with meat and spread on bottom of 8 x 11-inch or 9 x 13-inch baking dish sprayed with Pam.
Layer sliced Velveeta cheese and top with Tater Tots placed in rows to cover cheese.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 400Β° or until cheese is bubbly.
