Tater Tot Casserole
Tater Tot Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 bag tater tots, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 8 oz. sour cream and 2 c. mozzarella and cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown ground beef in skillet.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Drain beef well.
Line bottom of pan with Tater Tots.
Mix cream of mushroom soup and sour cream to ground beef.
After layer of Tater Tots, layer of meat and top with cheese.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly.
