Tater Tot Casserole
Tater Tot Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large bag tater tots, 4 lb. ground chuck, cooked and drained, 2 or 3 cans cream of mushroom soup, depending on thickness desired, 4 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine meat and soup.
Pour into a 13 x 9 casserole dish, alternating meat mixture and cheese (save 1 cup of cheese for later).
Cover top completely with tater tots.
Bake at 350 degrees until tots are golden brown.
Then take remaining cup of cheese and sprinkle on tots and return to oven until cheese melts. Serve hot.
May divide recipe in half for smaller families.
