Tater Tot Casserole
Tater Tot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck or round, 1 onion (medium), grated cheddar cheese (2 c. or more), 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown ground meat and onion; drain.
Put in large casserole dish.
Add grated cheese on top of all the meat.
Be generous with the cheese.
Add 1 1/4 cups milk to can of mushroom soup and pour over the cheese.
Cover with Tater Tots.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes.
