Brown meat and onion together.
Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Place a layer of the meat, Tater Tots, cheese and 1/2 of the soup.
Repeat layers.
Cook 30 minutes covered and 30 more minutes uncovered.
Bake in 350Β° oven.
