Tater Tot Casserole
Tater Tot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 medium onion, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can mushroom soup, diluted with 1/2 can water and 1/2 c. mild cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown ground chuck.
Drain.
Crumble meat over bottom of a 2-quart casserole.
Slice onion on top of meat.
Add chicken soup (undiluted) and spread over onions, then put on a layer of Tater Tots.
Add the diluted cream of mushroom soup.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake in a 350Β° oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
