Tater Tot Bake
Tater Tot Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 to 1 lb. ground beef or turkey, 1 small onion, chopped, salt and pepper to taste, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen tater tot potatoes and 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In skillet, brown the meat and onion; drain fat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place in a greased 2-quart casserole.
Top with potatoes.
Combine soup and milk; pour over potatoes.
