Cook noodles in boiling water 10 minutes.
While noodles cook, in a medium pan put sauce, onion (chopped), oregano, garlics, spaghetti mix and tomatoes (chopped) and beat just until powders are dissolved.
Spray large oven dish with nonfat spray.
Place a thin layer of sauce mixture over the bottom of dish.
Place one layer of noodles longways across the dish.
Put sauce on noodles and then a layer of cottage cheese (3/4 cup), then sauce, noodles and cottage cheese.
Place noodles on the top with nonfat cheese. Cook at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes and then enjoy!!!
