Tassie Cookies
Tassie Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. cream cheese, softened, 2 2/3 c. butter, softened, 5 1/3 c. flour, 6 tbsp. butter, melted and 6 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix cream cheese, butter and flour, then chill.
Mix melted butter, eggs, brown sugar and vanilla.
Roll cream cheese mixture into balls and press into tassie (small muffin) pan.
Fill each tassie 1/2 full with brown sugar mixture.
Top with pecans.
Bake 325-350 degrees for 30 minutes.
