Tarragon Chicken
Tarragon Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 or 2 medium onions, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/4 to 1/2 c. milk and 1 1/2 tsp. tarragon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Arrange chicken in 9 x 13-inch pan so they don't touch.
Chop onions and scatter over chicken.
Mix together soup, milk and seasonings.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 375Β° for 60 minutes. Sprinkle about 1/4 cup sliced almonds over chicken for the last 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
