Tangy Sweet Macaroni Salad
Tangy Sweet Macaroni Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/4 c. vinegar, 2 small scallions, sliced and 7 oz. cooked macaroni, well drained and warm, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix in small bowl with whisk the sugar and the mayonnaise. Mix well and add the vinegar.
Mix well whisk until it no longer looks curdled.
Add scallions.
Over cooked macaroni and mix well.
Refrigerate 24 hours, covered. Remove 30 minutes before serving and garnish with eggs, green peppers and chopped pimentos.
