Tangy Italian Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced, 3/4 c. low-calorie italian dressing and 1 tbsp. tub margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

To marinate mushrooms, place in Italian dressing for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Drain mushrooms and saute in margarine in skillet or chafing dish for 5 minutes.
Serve warm, using either toothpicks or relish fork.
