Tangy Fruit is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drain and reserve juice, 1 (16 oz.) can chunky fruits, 2 large bananas, cut in 1/2-inch slices and tossed in 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 large apple, cubed and 3 tbsp. instant vanilla pudding (i use small box), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
