Tangy Chicken
Tangy Chicken is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 cut up fryer or 6 breasts, 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix, 1 (8 oz.) bottle catalina dressing, 1 can whole cranberries and 1 large onion, cut fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook onion and green pepper slowly in shortening until onion is yellow.
Add meat and cook until it gets brown.
I always drain the grease off right here.
Add tomatoes, rice and seasoning.
Put in casserole dish (large size) and bake in oven at 350Β° for 1 hour.
