Tamale Chicken
Tamale Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 (large) half chicken breasts, 2 chicken tamales, 1 can pitted olives, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can stewed tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix garlic powder, pepper and chili powder.
Rub into skinned chicken.
Fry lightly, cover with tomatoes and cook on low until tender.
Debone and cut into bite-size pieces.
Save 1 cup tomato liquid and tomato chunks.
Fry onion and green pepper; add cut-up tamales, soup, sour cream, tomato sauce, tomatoes, olives (drained) and chicken pieces.
Pour into casserole, cover with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° uncovered for 45 minutes.
