Peel and slice daikon and place in gallon jar.

Add all ingredients, close jar and shake bottle.

Place in refrigerator. The next day, you can add more daikon in jar and shake jar again to marinate daikon.

Add yellow food coloring and keep in refrigerator.

Ready to eat in 1 week.
