Tahitian Coffee is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 1 c. flaked coconut, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 c. strong, hot coffee and toasted coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat milk until film forms on top.
Add flaked coconut and sugar.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Strain milk and reheat slowly.
Combine warmed milk with fresh brewed coffee.
Pour in brandy snifters or large mugs and garnish with toasted coconut. Serves 4 to 6.
