Taffy Apple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. miniature marshmallows, 16 oz. can pineapple tidbits, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 egg, beaten and 1 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Drain pineapple and save juice.
Mix juice, marshmallows, flour, egg, vinegar and sugar.
Cook over medium until thick. Refrigerate overnight.
Next morning, add Cool Whip, pineapple, apples and peanuts to sauce.
