Taco Soup
Taco Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1 medium onion, chopped or 1/2 c. dry onion, 3 (10 oz.) cans chopped tomatoes, 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can beef broth or 29 oz. water and grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown hamburger.
Put all ingredients except cheese and sour cream into a 2-quart saucepan.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
When serving, sprinkle cheese on top and add 1 tablespoon sour cream. The amount of hot peppers you use would depend on how hot you want the soup to be.
Use tortilla chips instead of crackers to complement this soup.
