Taco Salad
Taco Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (6 to 9 oz.) pkg. mexican cornbread mix, 1 can chopped green chilies, 1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix, 8 oz. sour cream and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Prepare cornbread and add green chilies to batter, bake according to package directions.
Make ranch dressing with dressing mix, sour cream and mayonnaise; set aside.

Serve with ranch dressing.
