Taco Salad
Taco Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/4 lb. lean ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 (8 oz.) bottle catalina sweet and spicy french dressing, 1 head lettuce (bite size pieces) and 4 tomatoes, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown ground beef and chopped onion.
Drain off fat.
Add kidney beans, salt, chili powder and garlic powder.
Add the Catalina and simmer about 10 minutes.
Let cool.
In large bowl combine the lettuce, diced tomatoes, onions and Cheddar cheese. Add the meat mixture and crushed Doritos.
Toss and serve.
