Taco Pie
Taco Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 lb. ground beef, 1 1/4 oz. pkg. taco or chili seasoning mix, 1/2 c. water, 1/3 c. sliced, stuffed green olives and 1 (8 oz.) can quick crescent dinner rolls, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a large frypan, brown ground beef and drain.
Stir in seasoning mix, water and olives. Simmer 5 minutes.
Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.
Place triangles in ungreased 9 or 10-inch pie pan, pressing to form a crust.
Sprinkle 1 cup corn chips.
Spread sour cream over meat mixture. Cover with cheese. Sprinkle remaining corn chips.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
