Taco Pie
Taco Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 lb. ground beef, 1 pkg. taco mix, 1/2 c. water, 1 pkg. crescent rolls and 1 1/2 c. corn chips, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In water and taco mix.
Press rolls into an ungreased
9 or 10-inch pan.
Sprinkle corn chips on rolls. Add mixture and sour cream.
Top with cheese. Bake at 375Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is brown. To serve, surround with shredded lettuce.
Garnish with avocado and tomato slices.
Serves 6.
