Cook the hamburg and taco seasoning; let cool.
Mix sour cream and cream cheese; place in baking dish or rectangle serving dish. Add, in layers, the seasoned hamburg, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Serve with chips on side (take chip and dip).
