Taco Dip
Taco Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. velveeta cheese, 1 can green chiles, drained well, 1 can tomato sauce, 1 onion, chopped and tortilla chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut Velveeta into cubes and chop onion.
Put all ingredients into a double boiler and cook until all cheese cubes are melted. Remove from heat.
Keep stirring until there is no film on top. Dip tortilla chips and enjoy.
Refrigerate when not using.
Can be served warm or cold.
