Taco Cups
Taco Cups is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. prepared taco meat, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. hungry jack biscuits, 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes, 1/2 c. sour cream and 3/4 to 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Press biscuits on bottom and up sides of ungreased muffin tins.
Spoon meat mixture in first; top with chopped tomatoes, a dollop of sour cream and cover with grated cheese.
Bake at 400Β° for 10 to 15 minutes.
