Taco Casserole Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened, taco mix and required water, salsa (hot, medium or mild, your choice), ground beef and sharp cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
Add taco mix and salsa; simmer.
Smooth cream cheese on bottom and sides of pie dish and pour in beef mixture.
Top with Cheddar cheese.
(May add lettuce, tomato, sour cream, black olives, etc. for variety.)
