Taco Casserole
Taco Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 corn tortillas, 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef or chicken, cooked, 2 cans cut tomatoes, 1 can tomato sauce and 2 cans mexicorn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook ground beef or chicken. Set aside.
Mix together tomatoes, sauce and Mexicorn.
Spread on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan 6 corn tortillas.
Put on layer of beef or chicken, then layer of tomatoes and corn, then layer of cheese.
Layer 6 tortillas, etc., until all layers are on.
Last layer on top is cheese.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is brown at 350Β°.
