In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned; drain off excess fat.

Stir tomato sauce, water and taco mix into meat mixture; heat through.

Remove from heat.

In bowl (big), beat eggs.

Stir in milk and meat mixture.

Stir in beans, cheese and taco shells.

Put all mixture in a large baking dish. Bake in a 350Β° oven for about 30 minutes.

Let cool for 10 minutes. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and olives.

Serves 6 to 8.
