Taco Bake
Taco Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground meat, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 pkg. taco seasoning, 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce and 15 1/2 oz. can corn (whole kernel), drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oven to 350° (375° for high altitude).
Brown meat and onion.
Drain.
Spoon into ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Stir in taco seasoning, tomato sauce and corn.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Stir remaining ingredients until blended.
Pour over beef mixture.
Bake 35 minutes, until lightly browned.
Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce.
