Syrup Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. oil, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. syrup, 1 egg, beaten and 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Put oil, sugar and egg together; mix well.
Combine flour, soda, salt and spices.
Add to sugar mixture, mixing until blended.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Roll in sugar.
Place 2-inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375Β° for 8 minutes.
Do not overbake.
