Sylvia's Shepherd's Pie
Sylvia'S Shepherd'S Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. ground beef, 10 large potatoes, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 large cans string beans, drained and 2 large cans corn (whole kernel), drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute ground beef and onions together.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add pinch of sage, 1 pinch of mustard.
Cook until brown; drain and wash off.
Peel diced boiled potatoes, then mash boil beans, corn and carrots separately.
Cook squash until tender (drain).
In square 9 x 9-inch pan.
Layer ground beef mixture, green beans, squash, corn, carrots, mashed potatoes.
Cover with cheese.
Bake at 325Β° until cheese is melted and browned.
