Syllabub
Syllabub is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cold milk, 1/2 c. cold wine, few grains of salt, 2 c. cold whipping cream (may use half and half) and 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat together until sugar is dissolved and mixture is frothy. Serve immediately.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
