Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add flour, soda and milk and mix, then add raisins by stirring. (Raisins should be soaked in hot water overnight, then drained well.)
Start to bake in cold oven.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
