Swiss Veggies
Swiss Veggies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large bag broccoli and cauliflower vegetable combination, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. shredded swiss cheese, 1 can french fried onions and 1/3 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine the vegetables, soup, 1/2 the cheese, sour cream and 1/2 the onions.
Pour into a casserole dish.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, another 5 minutes.
