Swiss Veggie Dish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. frozen broccoli, carrot and cauliflower mix, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can durkee french fried onions, 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded swiss cheese and 1/3 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix veggies, soup, 1/2 can French fried onions, 1/2 cheese, sour cream and pepper.
Bake in 1-quart covered casserole at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Top with rest of onions and cheese and bake uncovered for 5 minutes.
You may add fresh mushrooms and extra sour cream if desired.
