Swiss Vegetable Medley
Swiss Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed and drained, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. swiss cheese, shredded, 1/3 c. sour cream and 1/4 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimentos and half of the onion rings.
Pour into 1-quart casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake, uncovered, 5 minutes.
