Swiss Vegetable Medley is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large bag frozen vegetables (mixed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots), 1 c. cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. shredded cheese, 1/3 c. sour cream and 1 c. french-fried onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Put 1/2 cup onions and 1/2 cup cheese with rest of ingredients.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
