Swiss Vegetable Medley
Swiss Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. bag frozen vegetable combination (like broccoli, carrot, cauliflower, etc.), 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. shredded swiss cheese, 1/3 c. sour cream and 1/4 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimentos and 1/2 can fried onions. Pour into casserole. Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done. Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions in diagonal rows across top. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
